SCOoffice Server 4.2 is a full-fledged Internet e-mail and collaboration system designed for OpenServer(TM) 6 and UnixWare(TM) 7.1.4 users. SCOoffice Server 4.2 benefits small and medium businesses with its secure and easy-to-use feature set, non-technical administration, and low price point.
SCOoffice Server 4.2 offers customers enhanced capabilities for task management, shared address books, group scheduling as well as security features for secure e-mail access, and defending against viruses and spam. Outside of the office, users can access their e-mail from any wireless access protocol (WAP)-enabled browser using a mobile device. In addition SCOoffice Server provides complete collaboration support through a full-featured WebClient delivered through popular web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Netscape, and Firefox.

SCOoffice Server 4.2 includes migration tools to make it easy for Microsoft Exchange users to migrate their contacts and calendar items and because of its low price point, SCOoffice Server is a very inexpensive alternative to Exchange.
